Standard Booking
(less than 21 nights)
Staying with us for a little bit? For our short term stay, 50% of the balance is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before check-in date.
Mid-Term Stay Policy
(21+ night)
Looking to stay longer? For bookings 21 nights or more, 30% is due at time of booking. 35% of booking due 7 days before check in date. The remaining balance to be settled in the middle of your stay with us. Payments can be made via credit card, or bank transfer.
Long Term Stay
For bookings 6 months or more, let us know we can personalise a payment schdule.
We’re sad to hear that you have to cancel your stay with us, but we understand circumstances change. That’s why we have a flexible cancellation policy.
We offer a full refund of prepayments for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. Unfortunately for any cancellations made within 7 days before check in date we are unable to offer a refund.
Yes absolutely! We’d love to host you and your pet. A maximum of two pets under 20kg can stay with us. Please let us know during booking so we can have pup bowls out and ready when you arrive.
We welcome children to our accommodation but don’t have special equipment on-site.
We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure dates and times. If you are unable to select the dates you would like in the calendar please contact us.
Standard check in time is 3pm, and check out time is 10am.
For direct bookings through our site, we offer earlier check in and later check out times, Check-in at 2pm and check-out is at 11am.
Want to settle in earlier? We don’t blame you, its an amazing space.
Our early check in option let’s you get in as early as 9am on the day of check in. For early check in add-on, our fee would be half daily rate and would not be available if there are overlapping bookings. Let us know at the time of booking, or as soon as your travel circumstances change. We can do our best to accommodate as there are overlaping stays.

Zzz….. missed the alarm?
Our cleaners are scheduled to clean multiple properties at set times, if they arrive and are unable to clean because guests haven’t checked out yet, unfortunately we would have to pass the “unable to access due to guest present” fee from our operations partner charge, which is A$50.
